More ships, and More work. New Kashmir has continues to see a boom in it's economy, aside from the problem with a few guilds (Two guilds who were worried about the dangers and a slow down in work.) which the countess dealt with by offering a tax cut for the time being, and no one has left yet. The Arcadian Capital, and the new HQ of the Royal Navy is armed to the nines, with a huge wall being built on the east side of the city, and the western port being guarded by half of the Zephyr legion as well as some extra mounted ballistae on the port wall. The rivers connected to New Kashmir are secured, and Mercy has made it known that not even a mouse gets into the port or up the Majestic river without her knowing about it. With those in tact, Mercy has conscripted quite a few merchent ships into the Navy, having compensated and paid them for commission so that she can fluff out the ranks, they will be battleready in June, and the lion legion will be at full strength in september.
