Ocean Seeker has taken damage in action against White Hallers and has been forced to put into New Kashmir.
While there are many fine artisans here working to equip the Royal Navy I do not want to distract them from their work with the fleet, nor to line the d'Juliano's pockets with cash for repairs that we can sort ourselves. I require a skilled sailor to transport what is needed here though, and as I know Stormcrow is required for the blockades you have the authority to take one of the ships currently at Fiorello to bring them to Arcadia. I have sent word separately to the harbour master to ensure everything is prepared and ready for you.
