Ana was born to a noblewoman from Galenthia. Sirena Romante was a distant relation of the main branch and when she visted a coastal town after a night with a handsome privateer she came away with a child. Sirena's father was furious and stripped of her title the noblewoman took refuge with the privateer until her daughter Ana was born.

Ana's father Mercano Renoir stayed in port for her birth and as Ana drew her first breath the privateer captian decided he wanted to keep his daughter with him. he invited Sirena on board his ship and placed her and the child under his protection.
Sirena did not like the sea but Ana adored it and with her fathers watchful eye she learned to sail properly and help the crew. Mercano's crew had a hard time accepting Sirena but they warmed up to her daughter well enough. The girl pulled her weight and never complained and she learned to handle a knife and blade incase she needed to defend herself.

When the Golden Coin made port in Four Corners five years later Sirena decided to leave. Ana did not want to go and Mercano did not want to lose his daughter so Sirena ran off on her own leaving Ana behind. Ana did not mind she already had the beginnings of a mindset of a sailor and was more attached to her father, the crew and the sea anyway. Though that stay in port was also where Ana first heard a bard play the lute. She asked her father if he would buy her one so she could learn on thier next voyage and he did. As the Golden Coin sailed between her chores Ana practiced the lute. At first the crew teased her but Ana took it well and soon she was able to play without hurting peoples ears.

Ana practically grew up on the deck of the Golden Coin but once she was grown she decided she wanted to make her own way. Her fathers crew had changed over the years and Ana had to develope a tough exterior to survive with them. Finally when her father made port in Four Corners when she was twenty one she decided she would leave the crew and see what the world had to offer.

Physical Description

A young woman who appears to be in her late teens or possibly her very early twenties. Where it can be seen her lightly tanned complection is smooth and clear, the skin looking clean and soft to the touch. Blonde hair is is a light gold in its shade and is loosely curled falling down past her shoulders reaching the middle part of her back at its longest. Arched brows are the same shade as that hair and curve over almond shaped eyes with thick lashes. The lids of those eyes are highlighted with a smoky grey makeup. Those eyes themselves are blue, not a pale blue but a dark and deep sapphire blue with a playful shine to them. High set cheekbones and a long slender and straight nose lead down to a sloping jaw and full pouty lips have a delicate pink tint to them. A short yet slender neck leads down to a fit and feminine body. With her height at five foot eight inches she is a bit slim in proportion to her height but her full breasts and rounded hips give no doubts that she is indeed female.

She is currently wearing a form-fitting gown of pure white. A low cut front reveals a hint of her full breasts and the way the fabric from the neckline to the waist clings to her leaves very little to the imagination. The sleeves of the dress are off the shoulder and tight-fitting with brass buttons at the cuffs that stop just before a pair of delicate hands with long nimble fingers. About her waist is a sash made of dark blue cloth with a long curved cutlass blade in a simple black sheath tucked into it. Past her waistline the dress flows loosely to the floor reaching her ankles. A pair of matching boots of soft black leather are worn with the dress.

Quirks and Personality

Ana is a very practical sort, she doesn't get upset over small things and tends to be very easy going with a 'come and go as you will' attitude. She is rather tough for a woman and has a strong spirit. She enjoys music and can play the lute as well as sing. She is somewhat uncomfortable on land preferring the open sea she grew up sailing. As a woman who grew up around sailors there is very little that bothers or shocks her anymore and she is quite open minded to new things as well.

Equipment

Ana always carries a steel cutlass blade with her even when in her more casual clothing. She also has a set of dark grey leather she wears when she knows she is going into a fight. The leather consists of a dark grey hard leather jerkin, softer grey leather breeches, grey leather gloves without fingers, and a pair of flat soled leather boots. The outfit is not the most protective but its fairly practical for fighting and she will tie her hair up into a braid as well to keep it out of her way as much as possible.

Sir Jarret Sokar : A very nice knight with a very comfortable lap. We have met a few times now and each time I grow to like him a bit more. I like to think there is mutual attraction here and I look forward to seeing what comes of it.
